London, February 28. The eighth division of 10,500 men sails next week for the Cape. Lord Roberts received 36 guns at Capetown last week. DEATH OF AN AUSTRALIAN. Trooper Coulson, of the Victorian Mounted Rifles, has died of enteric fever.
