NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the MaDawatu Land Drainage Board at a Special Meeting of the Board, to be held on the 11th January, 1900, to confirm the following Special Order: — That for the purpose of the readjustment of the now existing loans obtained under the provisions of the Government Loans to Local Bodies Acts, and specified in the schedule hereto, the Manawatu Land Drainage Board do hereby order and authorise,the said now existing loanß, and the inscribed debt in respect of such loans, to be readjusted under the provisions of subsection 3 of section 2 of " The to Local Bodies Act 18%0,'£ f ' period of 41 adjustment to take effect on the first day of February next.
