THE OFFER PR i J MATURE. [By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.J (Per Press Association. I Capetown, July 14. The Capo Government have received information that tlie gift of a warship to the Empire was received with much popular favour in Great Britain. Capo newspapers suggest the offer of a 'warship was premature, as Parliament has not yet been consulted.
