Old Soldiers' Claims.
(Per Press Association.) Woodville, July 13. Mr J. C. McKotoWi the Commissioner appointed to inquire into the old soldiers' claims, sat at Woodville to-day. Eleven claimants appeared who had seen service in the militia and Home regiments and in New Zealand.
Dannevirke, July 14. Mr McKerrow, commissioner appointed to enquire into old soldiers claims, sat at Dannevirke to-day. Evidenoe was heard on behalf of tbroo olaimants. Fivo claimants summoned to attend did not appear.
