At a meeting of the Canterbury Agricultural College Board yester- , dry, the Chairman gave notice of|a • scheme with a view to reorganising the management of the College and the system of training adopted. The scheme provides for relieving the Principal of the outdoor work, and the appointment of a farm manager; that the. first year the students should spend the whole of the year in the practical work of the farm, and the inner College for the second 1 ' year for scientific instruction, and ... that those who choose to do bo may Vtagsue their studies for a third year ! College diploma. Fees to be, the, first yeaf 30 guineas, the second . COjguineas, third 75 guineas. rThe scheme also provides for the reorganisation and reduction of the present staff, and for the internal management of the College. /
