ATTEMPT TO DESTROY A CATHEDRAL. (Pet Press Association.) Auckland, Judo 22. • Last night a second attempt to burn St. Patrick's Cathedral was made soon after midnight. The front door was on fire, but was extinguished by men-S-wart men. Kerosene had been SDrinkledon the woodwork, evidently the work of the individual who made the previous attempt.
