r T!be ne,ws of .the further ; substantial rise- m the price of wool will be welcomed m all the Australasian colonies, as »iak« ing the difference to a large proportion of their inhabitants between straightened and comfortable circumstances, and improving the worldly position of nearly the whole population. The increase m price seems to be general, all classes of the staple, bringing higher, rat«B, though sbme have improved more than,- others.
