Vl The Times to-day announced that a Fenian manifesto has been issued, disavowing Parnell, and accepting Mr Gladstone's scheme foi Ireland as a mere instalment of the measure for the eventual complete separation of that country from Great Britain. The manifesto endorses the murders which have taken place m the past, and utters threats against all .opponents of the rights of Ireland. :
