The School Committee Election.
We need scarcely remind our readers that the second election for the School ■Committee,, rendered necessary by the Rev A. M. Wright's action, takes place this evening at 8 o'clock. We trust. Hie proceedings will be characterised by decorum and good feeling. We would like to see the meeting free from the elements of disorder and rerrimination. The election need not necessarily evoke any display of antagonism, but ; sliould, and we trust will, be conduced m a spirit of harmony, and be characterised by no unseemly wrangling, or ebullitions of personal feeling. Much, however, will depend upon the choice of a chairman, ,and upou his tact and efficiency m the conduct of the proceedings.
