The attendauce was good and ths weather splendid. The results were as follows :— Australians, firttiunings, 191, second innings, 49 (for four wickets ) Derbyshire, first innings 95, second innings, 144. Totals, Auatrklianß 240, Derbyshire 239. The Australians thui won the match with iix wickets to spare.
