IN consequence of the Validity of the proceedings at +he annual Election of the Palmerston North Bchool Committee having been disputed, and m pursuance of the 66th clause of the Education Act, 1877, the Edncation Board has fixed Friday, the 11th day of June, 1886, at 8 p.m., for a second Public Meeting of Householders to be held at the Central School-house, Palmerston North, for the purpose of electing a i School Committee. At siich time and place, and immediately after the election, the Board directs that the first meeting of the School Committee shall be held, and at such Meeting a Chairman shall be chosen whose name shall be at once forwarded to the Board's Secretary. •A.
