Nominations for all Handicaps to be sent m by 9 p.m. of May 19th, addressed to the Secretary. Handicaps for Hurdles and 100 yds Flat Race wl be published on Friday, May 21st. Other Handicaps will be declared on the ground one half-hour before time of starting ; and acceptances to be made 15 minutes before the time for starting, the •handicap accepted for. » Competitors to run m correct athletic costume. Nominations for all other events to be made 15 . minutes, before time of starting. . ' Competitors for alt handicaps must furnish at time of entry particulars of performances for last twelve months, and colors. • Sweepstakes to be paid at time of acceptance. The above programme will be carried out under the rules of the Wellington Caledonian Society, as far as practicable. All disputes to be settled by the Judges appointed for the various eventi.
