Competitors to run m correct athletic costume. Nominations for all other events to be made 15 minutes before time of starting. Competitors for all handicaps must furnish -at time of entry particulars of performances for last twelve months, and colors. Sweepstakes to be paid at time of acceptance. The above programme will be c.irried out under the rules of the Wellington Caledonian Society, as fnr as practicable. All disputes to be settled by the Judges appointed for the various events.
