NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the policyholders of the New Zealand Government Life Insurance Association will be held m the Anthenseum Hall, Lambton-qnay, Wellington, on Monday, the 14th day of June, 188{J, at 8 o'clock p.m., for the Durpose^^electine '.a director m the place of tbe Director retiring, under the provisions of •' The New Zealand Government Life Insurance Association Act, 1884," and also of receiving and conr sidenng ttie annual statements of accounts, and the report of the Controller and' Auditor-General. If there shall be but one candidate for the vacancy m the Board of Directors requiring to be filled, the Chairman of the annual meeting shall, at such annual meeting, declare such candidate to be duly elected to the office of a director.
