Agreed •to.— The Ron Mr Buokley g*v« notic* that on the following day be would move that Captain Bailey be appointed Chairman of Committees for the session. — The Ron' Mr Buckley gave notice of his intention to move on the following day for the appointtnont of the usual sessional committees.— Mr Scotland gave notice of his intention 10 move on the following day, that the supply of hot meals within the Parliamentary. Buildings is unnecessary, and that, therefore, the kitchen at Bellamy's bf abolished. The Council adjourned to next day. Tn the House of Representatives. A message was received at 1.55 p.tn. from the Legislative Council requiring the presence of the members of th« Houso of Representatives to h«ar the Governor's speech.— On the House resuming, Mr Beaven gave notice to mov* next sitting day that a respectful address be. presented to the Governor m reply to the speech made to both Housts* -T-Notices of motion were given for the appointment of the usual sessional committees. — The Hon Mr Stout moved that the House adjourn till. Tuesday next at 2.30 p.m. Agreed to. The House rose at 2.30 p.m.
