A fire occurred at 4 a.m. m a three story boarding-house occupied by Henrj Borsbooui. Some lodgers ininped m the panic from the top windows and one died from the injuries ; iive others were taken to the hospital seriously hurt. The landlady threw her baby out the window to a constable who caught it, and she herself crawled along the parapet to the next house. The landlord had sent the waiters to guide the boarders, and some got out without trouble.
