National Insurance Company.
(UNITED TRESS ASSOCIATION.) Dunedin, Wednesday. The directors of the National Insurance Company have issued a notice to shareholders that, although there arc several marked features of improvement, both at Home and abroad, m the company's business, they are unable to declare an interim dividend for the halfYear. They are hopeful that the improvement will be maintained, and that they will be able to meet the shareholders at the end of the year with a favourable report.
