Committee, including the Duke of Man-,,, Chester, Lord Koseberry, Mr Strangways; and Mr Jacob Montfiore. The Customs authorities claim £600* duty on the Victorian wines imported for the Exhibition, m consequence of their strength being one-fourth overproof. The Prince and Princess of Wales, accompanied by Sir P. C. Owen visited the Exhibition to-day.
