Fatal Accident.

Mr Snelson, coroner for th« district, received the following tel'gram laat evening from Constable Meehao, of FeiltHnjj. " Man killud by a railway truck running over him near Taonui railway station, whete his body now lies." An inquest will be held to-mor-row morning, when the tacts of the sad occurrence will be elicited. The man was killed so far as we cau learn, on the tramway running up to Adsett'a mill, <lown which the loaded trucks travel at considerable speed, m charge of a brake man. We are informed that the man was deaf and dumb. We have been unable to ascertain fuller particulars.
