(UNITBD PRESS ASSOCIATIONBlenheim, Mondny. Mr Stoat addressed a crowded audience on Saturday night, following the lines of his recent speeches. He defended the financial policy of the Government at considerable length, and said that the probable surplus this year would be £40,000. On the motion of Mr Dodson, M.H.R.', a vote of thanks was enthusiastically awarded to the Premier.
