Delyannis, the Greek Premier, disavows the defiant sneech recently attributed to him, and the publication of his reply to the European ultimatum shows it was couched m milder terms than was first reported. The document expresses the willingness of Greece to disarm^ but suggests that it should bo done m a gradual manner.
