Delyannis, replying to day to a deputation which waited upon him stated that the Greek Government bad accepted the mediatia of France on the condition that the Powers would accede to an early settlement of the claims of Greece under the provisions of the Berlin Treaty. M. Delyannia added that unless the demands of Greece were satisfied she would defy the Wishes of the European Powers. London, April 29. It is gensrally believed that an agreement lias been arrived at between Great Britain and Spaiu for imposition of a duty of one shillinglper gallon on wine not exceeding thirty degrees of alcholic strength.
