Sir, — After reading in last night's paper vour very interesting roport of the opening meeting of the winter session of the Young Men's Mutual Improvement Society, which I perusad with great pleasure, will you permit me to congralu late all concerned on the success achieved. I would advise our young men 5o attend regularly, and endeavour to profit by tUe influences and teaching of so- worthy an institution,---! am, &c M
