Skelly.— Claim £8 Is ; dishonoured pronuwory note with interest added. JUDGMENT SUMMeNS. Berqnest v. George J. Symoni. — Claim £39 17s 9d. Mir J. H. Hankins for plaintiff. Defendant denied having been m a position to pay the- amount since judgment .given against him m June 'Jast.. Had had employment at various places, but had at times worked for nothing. Tried every place between Palmerston and Waipawa looking: for a billet, without success. Had a lams brother, a widowed mother, and four sisters to support. Sent them aaoney from time to time. Had only had three . months' employment during the past twelvemonth. Did not know what debts he owed. Was making arrangements to file his schedule. The Bench considered that the evidence was insufficient to justify making an order for payment m full. The original order was altered to payments at rate of £2 per month. 3. Ji Waldegrave v. J. F. Mortenson. .—Claim £4 12s 6d.., T0 be paid forthwith, or seven days m Napier Gaol.
