Earl Morfcley, Chief Commissioner of Workß, has resigned his office. Sir M. May Shuttlewortb, Under-Sec-retary for India, has been appointed Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, m place of Heneage resigned. The 'Daily Newe this morning states W. Edward Stafford Howard, M.P. for Thornby, will assume the vacant portfolio of Under-Secretary for India, and Mr W. C. Borlase, M.P. for Stansell, replaces Jesse Collins as Vice-President of the Coard of Trade.
