Ne.wth, Milton, Haultain, and Dungan. Mr Haultflin wm m the chair. It was prbpi>Bed that subscriptions h-. 5" ppr member for season, and that no person be allowed to play m raatel as .-ocwpt meniber;!. Mr Fenton gave permission to ase his paddock as last year. It was resolved that the Royal Hotel he thn headquarters of the club. Proposed that Messrs Seeker, Stallard, Jodks, Milton, Moffatt, Jackson, and Dungah he Committee of Management. That Mr, Haul tain be Secretary and Treasurer. The Secretary was instructed to make arrangements re the Challenge Cap, also' to tommunlcate with Feildirig, Marlon, Wanganui, and Wellington re matches, for the season. Mr Seeker was elected captain, and Mr Milton vice-captain. The first practice to be on Saturday, April 10th, 1886, at 2.30 p.m. The Club are considering the getting up of a dance (fancy costumes), during the season, date to be fixed at next meeting. Thetunct meeting to be held on April 17, 1886, at I [BO p . m. at Fenton's Hotel.
