The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Affencr Company (Limited) haVe received the following cable message from their London office, dated March 30th : — Wool — The sales progress steadily, but the market is unchanged. The total catalogued to date is 63,000 bales, and 10,000 bales have been withdrawn. Wheat— The market is steady. Adelaide is;worth 36s 6d, and New Zealand average quality 32s 6d per 4968) ; New Zealand long-berried is worth 31s; Victorian, to arrive per iron ship January and February bill of lading, is worth, c.i.f., 35s 6d per 480fts. Leather—Market steady ; best sides are worth lid per 'ft. Frozen Meats— Market quiet ; New Zealand mutton, weighing from x 651bs to 70Ibs per carcase, is worth 5Jd perlb.
