Mr Baker stated to the court that an arrangement had been made to settle, the case out of court, : and he would therefore ask that the case be struck out. Mr Atkinson objected and called his client, who was placed m the box and stated that she did hofc wish to withdraw the case, sue was at present m bodily^ fear of her, husband. ; ■ ~; . '\'.
