'(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION) - Wellington, Monday. The explanation of a letter to the London Times iwritten by the Agent- General is as follows. The Colonial Treasurer cabled to him : — V If borrow this year not exceed million and half including trunk loan. 1 ! Doubtless it was this the AgentGeneral communicated to the Times. Tlie Government are about sending two representatives to Fiji to discuss some; very important question concerningjwhich they desire to lay a report before Parliament during tke coming session. The communication will be of a confidential nature until Parliament meets, but it is believed they concern the commercial relations of the Islands. The delegates are Mr Moss, M.H.8., and ,- Mr Seed, Secretary of Customs. The Southorn portion of salmon ova, ex lonic, was sent South m the Stella this morning. Mr Larnach left for the South this morning.
