We reprint elsewhere an article from tKe New Zealand Times on the present political outlook and position of affairs. As nearly all our readers are deeply interested m the question of whether ttiejfe is to be a dissolution this year, or what the probabilities are of a general election taking place^ the article, for which we have made space to the exclusion of other matter, will doubtless be perused with ..considerable Mnteirest.
