MESSRS LAERY AND CAMPBELL'S REPORT.
Messrs Laery and Campbell report that business has been fairly brisk during the past week. Alterations m values have, been but few, and will be found fully noted below, which we quote as wholesale values to day :— 'Flour, *£9 'to £9 10s; pollard,, £5 10s to £65 bran, £5 10s to £5 15s ; oatmeal, £13 to £13 10s ; pearl barley; £17 ; maize, 4s 3d ; oats, 2c 4d to 2s 6d; chick wheat, 3s to 3s 6d; chick barley 2s to 2/6 ; chaff £4 to £5 10s; pot*. toes, £4 5> to £4 10s ; salt butter, B£ctio .9(1 ; cheese, 5d to 6d ; honey, 3£d to 4d ; hams and bacon (mixed), 8d to BJd ;'eggs, Is 2d to Is 4d ; onions, £9' to £11 ; fowls; 8s 6d ; ducks, 3s 9d to 4s per pair ';> -tor* kej s,~ 4s ; to 5s each ; geese, 3s each. '
