THE HON. MR TOLE AT AUCKLAND. A DISSOLUTION DECLARED TO BE NECESSAEY. (TJNITKD PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Auckland, Wednesday. The Hon. J. A. Tole, Minister of Justice, addressed his constituents to-night. There was a largo attendance, and he was well received. Mr Tole referred to the necessity fora vigorous prosecution of Public Works, and said the West Coast Railway, though not m favour m Auckland, would have to be made. If for no further reason, a dissolution was necessary to enable the. electors to pronounce emphatically whether our unfinished colonial worksshould be completed or remain at a stand still. At the same time it was only just to say that the Ministry had no promise that a dissolution would be granted. ,
