Handicap, Ladies iJracelet^and Stewards Stakes, close on Monday, 22nd February, at 9 p m. .RULES AND REGULATIONS. .No entry will be received lor; any Races except; upbii this condition,— That all Disputes, Claims, andiObjections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of tie Stewards present, or those whom they 'may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be' final. All Entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Palmerston North ; Entrance Money enclosed' with Name, Age'at the time of Entry, Pedigree, and, in the case of Handicaps, Performances of the Horse, Name of the owner, and Colours of the' Rider. Any Jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined 3 sovs. When two or more horses start (the property of one owner) a Distinguishing' Colour must be .worn. ' AH persons intending to withdraw horses-, are required to give Notice to that eftect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half .hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this Rule shall pay a fine of 5 sovs. to the Race Fund. All races to be run under the W.J.C Rules. Horses walking over will only receive half the Stakes. No horse to save its stakes in any race except where otherwise specified.
