(electric telegraph. — copyright,) (reuter's telegrams.) ; London, Feb. 20. - His Boyal Highness the Duke of, Edinburgh has started for Malta m order to assume the command of the Mediterranean squadron. Mr Leonard Courtney has been ap pointed Chairman of Committees m the House of Commons. At a meeting of the Chelsea Liberal Committee helcf to-night Sir Chas. Dilke was present, and tendered a full explanation, denying his guilt m connection with the recent divorce proceedings. The meeting carried a vote of confidence m Sir Ghiis. Dilke. The combined squadron who were despatched to Greece to prevent naval operations on the part ..of that power have rendezvoused at Ijerla (sic), the French fleet alone being absent.
