; ■;•■.-.■ London, Feb. 12. ; The wool sales have concluded, and the rbidding was somewhat r spiritless. The sales show an average decline of trom to ;ld on the '.pricfs realised at the December sales. The number of bales catalogued was 224,000 bales, ' of which number 24,000 were reserved. Fifty-thiee per cent: was- reserved for export, including 12,000 for America.
