No entry will be received lor any Races except upon this condition, — That nil Disputes, Claims, and Objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom- they may appoint. When two or more horses start (the. property of one owner) a Distinguishing Colour must be w.om. All persons intending to withdraw horses, are required to give Notice to that cftect to the Secretary or Clerk ot the Scales one half.hour before shirting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply' with . this Rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys. to the Race Fund. All races to be run under the WJ.C. Rules. v.
