With, regard toj the probability of a diasolution, the Wellington Press says: —We are m a position to state with tolerable certainty that m consequence of correspondence; which lias been^biug on recently among the .Ministers it has been decided' toWise l 'the Govetri6r : to dissolve P*rhan?ent before next session. In all prd^aJbiiipr there will ndYbe 'M full: " meeting of the Cabinet for a considerable tune, but' the several Ministers > will take an opportunity of addressing the public m different parts of the .colony,- as to the policy which they propose to place before the country.
