That the appointment otMr Driver i$ tqbe v farther condemned, on the ground ttiat it J is expedient , to combine ; office, inanaffeinent with canvassing for business m large centres, and that therefore the appoihtf ment alluded to willresnlt m aisappbintjinent to the Board, and in' lda's ; tb' the policyholderß m view -of* the extravagant remuneration of £1000 per year to> b.e paid."-' 3...
