The bankrupts refused, alleging, that the license was a •• tool of their trade ;" also that it was not property passing to the assignees under bankruptcy. The Judge gave hi* decision that the license was valueless to the estate and the creditors and i declined „ to make the order for the surrender off ' the license by the bankrupts. Mr Samuel gave notice of appeal. f
