The Speech promises the introduction of Bills providing for local Government m England and Scotland,, seperate measures for which are being prepared f.orjreland and the Crofters, the cxti'ntion of the powers pousosstfd by Kail way Couiihissionor's. the sale of glebes, and for the establishment of international copyright. Allusion is also made to the Education Commission, and sympathy, ia expressed , with .. those -hffected by the existing depression m trade and agriculture.
