AFFAIRS IN IRELAND.
- The Queen's speech at the opening o£ Parliament referred with feelings of deep sorrow to recent attempts made to stir up.'di.sjnnion and strife. Any disturbances will be opposed and the heartysupport of both Parliament and people would be depended upon. Tue excericise of loyal rights by Irish subjects will be ! protected and their individual liberty maintained. .
