The Escaped Nun. Miss Edith O'Gorman lectured at the Theatre yesterday afternoon and: evening, the attendance, on both occassipus beinec large. The lecturess graphically .described her experience, of conveut life andrivetted the attention of her hearers during 'the whole of a discourse which was both eloquent and interesting: frotn> commencement to finish. The diseription she, gave of her life as a nun was most .exciting and at times also peculiarly, humorous and amusing. Miss O'Gorman left Ptlmerston f6r Feildihg to day where she lee tn res this evening.
