Mr F. R. Jackson's Business.
On the first day of the New Year Mr Freeman R. Jackson admitted into partnership with him in his old established and extensive jstock business, Mr Jb". A. Krull, of Wellington. Mr Krull was for about a quarter of a century a prominent business, man in the Empire City, and one of its best known and most popular residents. For a great part of the time he filled tho important and honourable position of German Consul, and how he was regarded by the representatives of Fatherland in Wellington was well shown by the recent; social reunion at which he was entertained, and presented' with a handsome testimonial. It goes without saying that when two such business men as Messrs Jackson and Krull. join bands, a very considerable extension of the nullifications of the firm's enterprises may be looked for It is intended that Mr Krull shall have entire charge of the office arrangements, which will set
Mr Jackson free to devote himself more fully to looking after the stock and attending to the outside business of the firm.— Chronicle.
