('UNITED PItESS ASBOCIATION.J Blenheim, Thursday. A little boy named Fred Birch, son of a Blenheim resident, was killed yesterday by a fall of thirty feet from the rocks at White's Bay, at a picnic party. No inquest will he held. Wellington, Thursday At a meeting of the representatives of the Insurance Company's yesterday, it was decided to ask the coroner to hold an inquest on the late fire. The Minister of Public Works leaves for Auckland to-morrow.
