CHOLERA IN AUSTRALIA.
(electric telegraph. — copyright. ) (beuter's telegrams.) Brisbane, Friday. Two more deaths have occurred on board the Dorunda, but no fresh cases have appeared. Melbourne, Friday. The Victorian Parliament prorogued to day* London, Dec. 17. - The Bank of England has raised its rate of discount trom three to four per cent.
