Borough Council.
The R:\cing Club were granted permission at yesterday's Borough Council meeting: to make a charge for admission to the Racecourse Reserve on December 26th, or any date to which the meeting might be postponed. The Committee appointed to consider the gaa question were Cra R. S. Abraham, J. King, H. McNeil, ami G. F. Hawkins. On the motion of 'Cr Rush, Cr West's name was added to the above. Cr McNeil gave notice of motion that all committee meetings bo published previous to ihr-lr being submitted to the usual meeting.
