London, Dec. 12 The Times this morning states that Russia, Austd !, and Germany hive agreed to abandon tho demands recently formuintuil by ilium for the rcntoration of the status qvo ante m tho Balkan peninsular. December 13. Both Bulgaria and Servia have invoked the aid or' tin; European Powers with a viow to effecting a SHttlement of the hostilities between the two countries, and the Powers have appointed a CornmJHsioner to demarcate the zone dividing their territories and to arrange a four weeks' armistice. , Despite {his, however, King Milan reports officially to the Powers that the Btilguriau troops made an attack on the Servian outposts yesterday. The account of the engagement further states tint aftor severe fighting the Servians dislodged the Bulgarians from their position at Velikizvor, killing' and wounding many of their number.
