Manawatu Road Board.
The following tenders were accepted by the Manawatu Road Board yesterday : — For the construction of main roarl drain, Kairanga, Williams . and Foley, £229 IsGd. Metalling 52 chains Waldegrave's road at 22s 6d per chain. Joseph Nathan. Formation of 12 chains near Millerick's, and metalling 35 chains from No. 4 Line onward, at 30s and 24s respectively, J. C. Nathan. Metalling three chains at top of Stewarts' sideling. Total sum of £3 10s. Metalling 5 chains on East side and 6^ chains on West side, £-raile from Mr Pratt's house, at 30s per chain. Metalling 28 chains from Mr Pratt's house onward at 20s per chain, J. C. Nathan.
