Wellington Landed Property Guide.
We have received Messrs T. Kennedy Macdonald and Co.'s Landed Property Guide for month of November, which is full of information with regard to the various localities where are situated pro* perties which have been placed m the firm's hands for sale. The Guide is ex cellently compiled, and should be m the hands of all speculators, investors, or persons m search of eligible investments. The catalogue of properties now occupies 56 pages, besides some dozen or more pages of special advertisements from the outside public. Headers are requested to bring the Guide ander the notice of their friends. Copies will be forwarded each month on the publishers being supplied with the name and address of personswishing- to have the publication sent to them.
