THURSDAY DECEMBER 3rd 1785 (Before District Judge RawsoD.) IM BANKRUPTCY. G. C. Chrighton, Feilding.— Mr Goodbehevo mover! that the composition agreed to by the creditors bo approved. His Honor, after reading the deed, approved of it, and it was accordingly filed. Costs to the Deputy Official Assignee of £10 were allowed. CLAUSEN V. SWALLOW. Mr Straite for respondent, and Mr Hawkings for appellant. An application for a new trial. After hearing counsel, the court decided thai a new trial could not be granted. Costs, £3 3s.
